Legal
Privacy Policy.
We collect very little, and nothing without a reason. This policy explains what personal data this website handles, why, and the rights you have over it.

Who We Are
This website is operated by Al-Majd for Contracting and Supplies · Warner Lewis Egypt (S.A.E.) (“we”, “us”), 17 Atbara Street, Agouza, Giza, Egypt. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected] or +20 2 3345 9345.
What We Collect, and Why
Enquiries. When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the division your enquiry concerns and your message, plus your company and phone number if you choose to give them. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry. The form submits only when you tick the consent box.
Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location, device type. This never runs unless you accept it, and the site works identically without it. See the cookie policy for details.
Technical logs. Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability, as virtually every website does.
Local preferences. Your theme choice (light or dark) and your cookie decision are stored in your own browser and are never transmitted to us.
Legal Bases
We rely on your consent for the enquiry form and for analytics, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure for technical logs. You can withdraw consent at any time — analytics via “Cookie settings” in the footer, and enquiry data by contacting us.
Who Receives Your Data
Enquiry messages are delivered to our company inbox by Resend (a transactional-email provider based in the United States). Analytics data, where consented, is processed by Google. The website is hosted on infrastructure that may process technical logs outside Egypt. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry emails are retained as ordinary business correspondence for as long as the enquiry and any resulting relationship requires. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months. Server logs are rotated on the hosting provider’s standard schedule.
Your Rights
Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) — and, for visitors in the European Union, the GDPR — you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent you have previously given. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Centre or, in the EU, with your local supervisory authority.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how the site handles personal data, we will update this page and its “last updated” date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
